Appeals Court affirms multi-million dollar judgment.
On August 8, 2013, the Massachusetts Appeals Court affirmed a jury verdict and contempt judgment with an award consisting of a compensatory fine, attorney fees and costs in favor of Appellee Barbara Nichols, who was represented by Patricia Noyes-Corrigan of Gargiulo / Rudnick.
