Elise R. Marshall

Ms. Marshall focuses her practice on general civil litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of business litigation and insurance defense litigation. She has extensive experience handling a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including those relating to general and professional liability, commercial disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect.

Ms. Marshall represents a range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and insurance carriers. She has litigated numerous complex insurance coverage disputes, as well as defended and prosecuted various claims relating to the regulation of unfair and deceptive business practices in Massachusetts.

Ms. Marshall has significant experience resolving matters through both arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Marshall interned as a law clerk for Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. She worked closely with the company’s in-house counsel, focusing on risk management and cost containment relating to Personal Injury Protection litigation.
