Constance L. Rudnick

Constance L. Rudnick, is a highly esteemed attorney with an illustrious career that started in 1977 as a Law Clerk for the Superior Court of Massachusetts, developing foundational skills in legal research and drafting. Transitioning to private practice, she honed her focus on criminal and civil litigation, including appellate matters across both federal and state courts, emphasizing case preparation and court appeals. Between 1992 and 2016, Rudnick entered the academic sphere as a faculty member at Massachusetts School of Law, imparting knowledge in Constitutional Law and Legal Ethics, among other subjects. Her dedication to legal standards and ethics extended to her service for four years, starting in December 2001, on the Board of Bar Overseers of the Supreme Judicial Court, a body overseeing lawyer conduct and discipline in Massachusetts. She also contributed as an attorney-member of the Hearing Committee for the Board of Bar Overseers and engaged with various legal committees and the Boston Bar Association, underscoring her commitment to legal ethics and professionalism.
