Marielise Kelly prevails on Administrative Appeal in Municipal Employment Discrimination Matter

Marielise Kelly successfully defended a Town at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (“MCAD”) in an administrative appeal from claims made by a Town employee who alleged she was subjected to discrimination based on her gender and age and that she had been the victim of retaliation. On October 16, 2025, Attorneys at Gargiulo / Rudnick were successful in having the same employee’s underlying claims dismissed for lack of probable cause.
