John H. Bee is a litigation associate practicing in both federal and state courts. His areas of concentration include health law, business, white collar crime, insurance defense and employment related litigation. Mr. Bee has represented major pharmaceutical manufacturers, physicians, group practices, clinical laboratories, dentists, podiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and veterinarians in an array of areas including complex civil and criminal defense, fraud and abuse investigations, licensure, certification, billing, overpayment representation and disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Bee has also provided comprehensive defense and compliance services for state employees before the State Ethics commission. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

In 1993, Mr. Bee was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, the most populous county in the Commonwealth. As an Assistant District Attorney, he tried in excess of fifty jury trials including homicides, firearm offenses, drug offenses and domestic violence cases. He also briefed and argued appeals before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. As supervisor of the Malden District Court, Mr. Bee managed eight junior Assistant District Attorneys in addition to support staff. He also served as liaison between the District Attorney’s Office, community police departments and school administrators. During his tenure in Malden, Mr. Bee chaired the Community Based Justice Program in Everett, Massachusetts, a community-based proactive juvenile intervention program.
