Heather K. Rowell is an associate who concentrates her practice in general civil litigation. Ms. Rowell is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of California and U.S. District Court Central District of California.

Ms. Rowell practiced law in California for three years prior to relocating to Massachusetts in 2008. Her practice focused on general litigation, including personal injury, general liability defense, wrongful death and construction defect. Prior to joining Gargiulo / Rudnick, LLP, Ms. Rowell was associated with another Massachusetts firm where she handled a variety of litigation matters in the areas of personal injury, employment law, business law, municipal law and land use.

Ms. Rowell received a B.A. in Biology from Boston University in 1996, and a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Rowell received a CALI Award for having the highest grade in her class in legal research and writing, and was a national semi-finalist in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition as oralist and brief writer. In addition, Ms. Rowell co-authored E-Z Review for Legal Writing, a detailed overview of legal writing and legal method.
