Firm History
Gargiulo / Rudnick, LLP was formed in 1986 by the merger of two firms
established by two aggressive former prosecutors with extensive trial
experience. That trial experience, along with experience with the public and
private sectors, was used to create a diverse litigation practice where
clients' claims are both prosecuted and defended. Throughout our existence,
our members have been active, not only in legal practice, but in
governmental and legislative
affairs on national, state and local levels. |

Client Satisfaction
We are committed to client satisfaction as evidenced by our top
national ranking assigned by Martindale-Hubble. The size of our firm
is a substantial advantage in that it allows us to be dynamic and
competitive. We are consistently able to satisfy our clients and
have built our success on the strength of our litigators, coupled
with a unique approach to solving legal problems in a cost-effective
manner. The bureaucracy and institutional expenses associated with
large law firms is eliminated. We develop case-specific action plans
at the outset of litigation in which the core issues are identified
and litigation objectives defined, resulting in a streamlined
approach to the desired goal which may be modified, as appropriate,
throughout the course of litigation. |
|
Team Approach
We encourage a team approach to client representation where clients
have available partners, associates, law clerks, and/or paralegals
where appropriate depending upon the clients' individual needs. This
allows for the most cost-effective service while ensuring the
appropriate level of expertise for the task at hand. |
|
Risk Management
Our experience dictates that businesses often can minimize - if not
eliminate - various types of liability and attendant costs by timely
identifying potential sources of liability and taking reasonable,
economical measures to address these issues. We counsel our clients
on ways to prevent future litigation and, where appropriate,
recommend utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods. Our
proactive approach includes evaluating clients' needs and creating
corporate compliance programs, conducting internal investigations
and developing policies and procedures to protect large and small
businesses. |

Use of Technology to Advance Client Interests
A thorough command of available technology has become increasingly
important in all aspects of the legal profession. We use
state-of-the-art litigation support systems to promote efficiency
and cost savings in legal research, interoffice communication,
client communication, and trial presentation. Additionally, we have
forged business relationships with litigation support vendors who
provide services necessary for the management of document-intensive
cases as needed on cost-efficient terms, thereby eliminating
inflated overhead costs and bureaucratic inefficiency attendant to
in-house law firm document management programs. |
