Elise C. Reynolds is an associate who
concentrates her practice in general civil litigation. Ms. Reynolds
joined Gargiulo / Rudnick in 2006, as an associate concentrating in
business litigation and insurance defense litigation.
Ms. Reynolds received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal
Justice with a concentration in Political Science from Northeastern
University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor, from the
Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, in 2005. While in law
school, she maintained a full-time position with Plymouth Rock
Assurance Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts as a casualty claims
adjuster. She was responsible for maintaining a complex case load
including numerous M.G.L. c.93A/176D issues, small claims suits, and
Division of Insurance Complaints in first and third-party bodily
injury, personal injury, and property damage claims. She specialized
in cost containment by identifying and investigating fraudulent
accidents and injuries through research and data compilation. She
further interned as law clerk for Plymouth Rock’s in-house counsel
in 2005 where she specialized in the defense of Personal Injury
Protection litigation.
Ms. Reynolds is an active member of her local community volunteering
as a tutor in Mathematics and English.
Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and
the Boston Bar Association.
