Amanda Timperman is an associate whose practice has concentrated in insurance coverage and defense. She joined Gargiulo/Rudnick in 2011. Ms. Timperman is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association, Bar Association of Norfolk County and Penn State Alumni Association Greater Boston Chapter.

Prior to joining the Gargiulo/Rudnick, Ms. Timperman specialized in the areas of insurance defense, including general liability, premises, automobile and construction related claims. She has also written legal opinions and litigated insurance coverage disputes on behalf of clients pertaining to homeowners, professional liability and general liability policies of insurance.

Ms. Timperman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University in 2002. She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2005. There she was a book note editor for the Biomedical and Health Law Journal and was given a jurisprudence award in Secured Transactions. She also volunteered at the Shelter Legal Services to assist Veterans in various legal matters.
